As an important prerequisite for PM2.5 and ozone, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are the focus and difficulty of the battle against air pollution, VOCs emission reduction control is an important lever for winning the battle to defend the blue sky. The comprehensive remediation of VOCs has become one of the key measures for the national and regional level to win the battle to protect the blue sky.Public information shows that VOCs come from various sources, including natural and anthropogenic sources. Among them, natural sources include plants, wetlands, grasslands, and animal feces. Anthropogenic sources include industrial sources, agricultural sources, domestic sources, and mobile sources (referring to exhaust emissions from airplanes, trains, ships, gasoline vehicles, and diesel vehicles). Industrial sources are the main cause of VOCs generation.

The OSEN VOCs online monitoring and early warning system is a new VOCs online monitoring system launched by our company in combination with various industry emission standards and national and regional environmental regulations. The system adopts a suction sampling pump and is equipped with advanced PID principle sensors for detecting VOCs, exhaust gas methane total hydrocarbons, non methane total hydrocarbons, benzene, toluene, xylene and other volatile organic gas components. It provides over limit warning and synchronously measures data, which is stored locally and transmitted to government regulatory departments. The system adopts wireless monitoring technology, grid fine distribution, and comprehensive monitoring of air pollution around the clock, achieving comprehensive coverage of air pollution monitoring factors in the region. It is widely used for monitoring the emission of volatile organic gases from unorganized (factory boundary) and organized (pollution source) emissions in industrial production processes, as well as monitoring the efficiency of treatment equipment.
